COMPLAINT #4676 EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING FACE MASKS AND ALLOWING PEOPLE TO SIT INSIDE AGAINST PHASE 3 RULES.
5-28-20 PER PHONE CONVERSATION WITH COURTNEY THE OWNER, SHE SAID THEY HAD ALLOWED PEOPLE TO COME INTO THE DINING AREA THE LAST 2 DAYS TO ORDER FOOD. SHE SAID NO ON HAD DONE THAT THOUGH AND WERE STILL JUST GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. SHE WAS TOLD HER EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR MASKS IF THEY WOULD BE EVER CLOSER THAT 6 FT SUCH AS AT THE DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW. A RESTORE ILLINOIS PHASE 3 FOR RESTAURANTS INFO WEBSITE LINK WAS EMAILED TO HER. 6-1-20 REPLY TO FB MESSAGE CAN NOT BE GIVEN. I EMAILED BACK TO THE EMAIL COMPLAINANT AND EXPLAINED MY FINDINGS. |
